4. What kind of information do we collect?
When you register via one of our forms, use the chat function or visit moirana.green, you may be asked to provide information. Depending on the situation, we may ask for the following personal data:

• Telephone number

Technical information: which web address you use to access our websites, your IP address and user behaviour, browser type, language and information about identification and operating system.

5. Paragraph 6F as an alternative to selected consent via website. Consent can be withdrawn
We start from legitimate consent in section 6F of the Personal Data Protection Act. If you have previously been registered on the moirana.green websites, or if you have recently been registered in the lists, this will be a legitimate reason to send you information. This is equated with consent in accordance with the Marketing Act, as the law has been in Norway for many years.

You can withdraw this consent for us to process your personal data at any time. If you withdraw your consent, we will remove the information we have about you. Note that deleting the information at moirana.green may affect our ability to contact you with relevant information, deliver services, as well as affect ongoing dialogues.

9. How long is the information stored?

If you have an active dialogue with us, we will take care of your information for 3 years from the last contact; then we remove the information we have about you. An active dialogue is defined as having interacted with moirana.green in the last 3 years via telephone, by answering e-mails, downloading material on the website or registering via a form.

If you have consented to the processing of your personal data in connection with your acceptance of regular e-mails, we will continue to process your personal data until you terminate your subscription. We then store your personal data for 3 years before deleting the information.

In the event that you are employed by a company that is a partner with moirana.green, we process your information within the scope of this. For such relationships, we process your information until you end your position in the business, or until the business no longer has an active relationship with moirana.green. When a relationship related to cooperation ends, the terms for storing and processing information change to the same terms as described in the previous sections. If you end your employment with the company, you yourself are responsible for notifying us so that we can delete your information.

You have the right to receive information about what information we have about you. You can also demand that we correct incorrect information or delete your information.

To receive such information, you must send an electronic copy of the request on a signed document. If you want to move information, we can also help you with that

14. Other purposes
If we are to use the personal data for a purpose other than that for which it was collected, the obligation to provide information will start again and we must then state what the new purpose is, and provide parts of the above information again.

16. Email and telephone
We use e-mail and telephone as part of our business. Relevant information arising from telephone conversations and e-mail exchanges between you and Yamo AS can be registered in the system.

 

Our employees also use e-mail in general dialogue with internal and external contacts. The individual is responsible for deleting messages that are no longer relevant, and at least every year to review and delete unnecessary content in the e-mail box. Upon resignation, the e-mail accounts are deleted, but certain relevant e-mails will normally be transferred to colleagues.
